💳 Booking and Deposit Terms and Conditions

Pour garantir votre place et le créneau horaire de votre pilote sur les meilleurs sites de vol, toute réservation de vol biplace doit être confirmée par le versement d’un acompte.


1. Principle of the Reservation Deposit

Paying a deposit allows you to:

  • Secure your flight: This confirms your booking for a specific date and time.
  • Mutual Commitment: This represents a commitment on your part and allows us to reserve a pilot and equipment for you.
  • Management Fees: These cover the administrative and management costs of your file, as well as any potential costs incurred by our team.

The balance of the service will be paid on site, on the day of the flight, in cash, once the flight has been completed.


2. Payment Terms and Confirmation

  • Online payment: The deposit is paid directly on our website at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation: Once the deposit has been received, you will receive confirmation by email or text message within the day, specifying the initial meeting point (before final weather confirmation).

3. Refund of the Deposit (Clear Rules)

The deposit is generally non-refundable if the cancellation is made by the customer, but it is always refundable if the cancellation is made by us (due to weather conditions).

Flexibility: If your flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you are guaranteed to be able to use your deposit for a postponement within a fortnight, or to receive a full refund if your travel plans do not allow you to find a new date.


4. Settlement of the Balance (Cash Payment on the Day)

On the day of your flight, once the service has been completed and you have landed safely, the balance is paid directly to your pilot or our logistics support team.

💰 Your balance is payable in cash only.

In order to keep our logistics simple at take-off and landing sites (which are often in the middle of nature and/or without network coverage), we kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount for your flight in cash only.

💡 Tips for the Day of the Flight

  1. Exact Amount: To facilitate the transaction and avoid any delays, please provide the exact amount of the outstanding balance (Total Amount – Deposit already paid).
  2. Accessibility: We encourage you to withdraw the necessary cash before the day of your flight, as take-off and landing sites do not always have cash machines in the immediate vicinity.
  3. Invoice: An invoice or receipt will be provided upon request at the end of the day by email after payment of the balance.

Important reminder: Payment of the balance is a commitment for the service provided. It is due after landing and validates the entire service, including the flight and any video/photo options chosen on site.
