🛡️ Tandem Paradise Longer Flight Guarantee: Our Quality Commitment

Weather conditions are not always perfect. If, due to weaker winds than expected, your flight time is shorter than the minimum specified duration, we will immediately honor our guarantee, ensuring you pay for the promised experience and duration.

Your compensation will be provided according to two options:

Pro Rata Refund: We will refund you the price difference corresponding to the flight time not taken.
Or, Free Video and Photos: If the time difference is less than 10 minutes of flight, we offer you the entire Video & Photos package of your flight to compensate for this inconvenience.

Our commitment is clear: transparency is our priority. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll compensate you.

📍 Flexibility: We Choose the Best Site

At Tandem Paradise, we do everything we can to offer you the best possible flight.

Simplified Logistics: We will inform you of the meeting point the day before your flight. In all cases, we will arrange your transportation to the departure point, freeing you from any logistical constraints.

Choosing the Optimal Site: We do not offer predetermined launch sites in the north or south of the island. To maximize your chances of success and duration, we choose the location best suited to the day’s weather conditions and your preferences.
